Service Department Updates

The following service departments are now open to serve and support you from Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6:00pm:

This includes our GM, Chrysler, and Hyundai service centers on Garfield in Traverse City, GM Express Service Centers in Traverse City and Gaylord, Ford and Chrysler service departments in Kalkaska, Ford service department in Gaylord, as well as Bill Marsh Body & Paint, Byrider, and Brake & Alignment Plus+ service centers on Barlow.

The following service departments are also open to serve and support you from 8:00am-12:00pm noon on Saturdays:

Buick-GMC Service, Chrysler Service, and Hyundai Service on Garfield as well as Bill Marsh Ford-Chrysler service in Kalkaska.

GM Express Service is now open for extended service hours on Saturdays from 8:00am-2:00pm.

All service departments are closed on Sundays.

We can now offer multiple convenient options to safely and securely serve you:


Service Departments are now open - 

We are now able to serve you in person inside our service department waiting areas and desks. Please plan to adhere to social distancing requirements. 


• No-contact service via our curbside option 

If you would like to utilize our no-contact curbside service, we ask you to please remain in your vehicle when you arrive.


One of our masked team members will come out to you and get all the information we will need to service or repair your vehicle while following the recommended social distancing guidelines. We'll do the same when you come to pick it up.


• Night drop-off envelope option -

Please feel free to use the drop boxes in front of every service department, which are monitored throughout the day.


We can handle transactions over the phone or via text. 

The goal is to help make both you and our team members feel as comfortable as possible while limiting contact.

We are not able to offer shuttle services at this time.

Sales Department Updates

All Bill Marsh sales showrooms have now been reopened safely and responsibly to serve customers by appointment only.

Our hours of operation are expanded to Monday-Friday from 8:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 9am-3pm, and closed Sundays.

A maximum of 10 people will be welcomed inside the showroom at a time.
